CEC commands from the TV are instructing other devices to power down when it is switched off. If
this is undesired behavior, uncheck the CEC Enable box in the Advanced settings Menu on Quick
6R
.
This tells Quick
6R
to ignore CEC commands, which are still passed through Quick
6R
to the sources.

Source is not recognized
by Quick

.
If a source does not cause the corresponding amber input LED to light, indicating that an active
source is plugged in to an HDMI port):
1) If your hardware version is Rev X04 or later (found on the serial number sticker on the bottom of
the unit), use input 5 for that source.
2) If that fails, or if you have Rev X03 or lower, move that source to HDMI input 6.
Then, check the HDMI 6 Power box in the Advanced Settings in the Quick
6R
menu. Some earlier
devices need extra help being recognized.
With the HDMI 6 Power setting enabled and an MHL passive cable connected, Quick
6R
can charge
any cellphone or tablet.
No video.
Check that the source is not forced to a resolution that your display cannot handle.
Check that all HDMI cables are firmly plugged in on both ends.
Try selecting another input on Quick
6R
and then switch back to reset the capability tables.
Make sure the correct output mode is chosen in the Quick
6R
menu: Mirror Mode if using two
displays; AVR via AUX HDMI if an AVR is connected to the auxiliary HDMI output; AVR via S/PDIF if
an AVR is connected to the S/PDIF output.
Try using a custom EDID if your display is capable of 1080p using the EDID Mode in the Quick
6R
Advanced Settings menu.
